1. Eligibility for Refunds (7 Days)
You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The item must be in the same condition as delivered.

You must provide proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, payment screenshot).
Note:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered fragrance products cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds on:

Opened or partially used Attars and perfumes

Items purchased during special sales or offers

Free gifts or promotional items

Customized fragrance orders
3. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you received:

A damaged product

A leaking bottle

The wrong items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos/video of the damaged or incorrect product
After verification, we will offer:

A full refund
4. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:

You will be asked to ship the product back to our return address.

After we receive and inspect the product, we will update you via email or WhatsApp.
